ATTN: Tenants of M and N Docks

For the past month, IMCO Construction, the contractor who will be replacing the bulkhead from M Dock to the northeast corner of the guest moorage area has been mobilizing equipment and materials to the site. They are now ready to begin the project and they have started setting up their work area along the bulkhead. Because of the heavy construction activity in front of M and N Docks, access will be limited and one of the first things they have to do is to remove the M Dock ramp until the bulkhead is replaced in that area.


The Marina staff has made some alternate arrangements for parking and dock access. Starting on Monday, November 23rd, M & N Docks tenants can park in the designated spots in front of the Marina Office Building and use the sidewalk on the north side of the Office to get to the N Dock ramp. From N Dock, M dock tenants can use the temporary walkway from N-01 to the north side of M Dock. M Dock tenant’s gate cards will be re-programmed to open the N Dock gate. Please use the south entrance to the Marina (227th Street), because the north entrance and parking lot will be subject to frequent closures.
